SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery is courier and generally takes 2-3 working days after we have produced your personalised item.
We only deliver in South Africa, but we will be looking at expanding our delivery options in the near future.
Delivery and packaging costs are included in the price quoted.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event that the Products are received by you in a damaged or defective condition, or if they do not materially match the description or pictures on the website, you may return the Products to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund of the price paid by you inclusive of the return postage and packing.
If you return any Products to us in accordance with the above paragraph, and we are able to prove that they were not faulty when they were received by you, we reserve the right to send them back to you and claim the cost of such return postage from you.
We will notify you of any refund of monies via email within a reasonable period of time. We will refund any monies to you using the same method used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for the delivery of any defective Photographic Product. The provision of goods and services by Paperjournals are subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Paperjournals will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee. Any orders where processing has begun will attract a 100 % administration fee.3.
